Irish Homeopathy Conference '08 - Win ticket with early bird booking!

Hi All,

As the closing date for the early bird is over since the 18th April , we have decided to entice more of you to book early.

We have decided to extend the closing date until the 29th April and not only that, we have also decided to hold a draw. We will put all those early birds into a drum and pick one lucky winner for a free conference only ticket for this year�s conference!

So hurry, hurry, hurry. Get those bookings in before the 29th April and be in with a chance to win!

We would also like to remind you at this time, that accommodation not booked with us before the 1st May, will have to be booked directly with Corrib Village.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be placed in the same blocks as other delegates after this May 1st deadline.

So book early to avoid disappointment.

The 15th Irish Conference on Homeopathy Committee would like to invite you to access the website for this years exciting three-day event on the 27th, 28th & 29th of June 2008 in Galway. There is a truly international line up of speakers this year and it promises to be as stimulating and good craic as previous years!

You can also download the brochure for the two-day seminar by Bhawisha & Shachindra Joshi, which follows on from the conference.

The closing date for the Early bird booking on the booking form is 11th of April 2008, but we now are extending that to 18th April 2008.

A Big Thank You and Raffle Prize News

Hi

For those of you who were able to attend the conference this year, may we say a very big heartfelt thank you, and we sincerely hope that you all enjoyed yourselves. We really appreciate the support, and it was lovely meeting you all.

We are still in recovery mode and just starting to catch up with all that needs doing after the conference.
On that note, for those of you who may have picked up a Mac Repertory brochure at the conference that had a number on the back, could I ask you to check if you still have it?
If you do, then you could be the winner of a basic Mac Repertory package! The winning number is 1020. It was not claimed when it was called out, so it is possible that it is still in your pack and you are the winner.
If you find that you are the lucky winner, you will need to have the brochure with the number on it to claim your prize. You can get in touch with us and we will get your prize forwarded onto you.
So check out your folders and see are you the one.

Rene from MacRepertory also has an offer for anyone who is interested, he will send out a demo DVD to all those who want one --- like a consolation prize -- if you wish you could let me him have your contact details and computer operating system -- he will arrange for the DVD to be sent to you ASAP.
For your information -- the DVD installs a version of Everything Pro that runs for a total of 16 hours of use. And a very basic version that runs for 3 months.

Parallel Sessions at the Irish Conference on Homeopathy

Below is a list of the Parallel sessions that we have in store for you at the weekend. We are really looking forward to seeing you all there and having a wonderful conference.

PARALLEL SESSIONS
SATURDAY 23rd JUNE, 2007 from 12 NOON to 1pm

MAIN LECTURE HALL WITH J�RGEN BECKER

This session will continue the discussion from J�rgen�s original talk which is about Homeopathic remedies as archetypal powers of Creation.

ROOM AM109 WITH MISHA NORLAND

This session will continue the discussion from Misha�s original talk which is revisiting the proving of 06, not yet revealed.

ROOM AM110 WITH MIRANDA CASTRO

Patient Collaborations
The parallel session will last one hour and will consist of an input of about 25 minutes followed by group discussion and role play.

In schools there is talk of student-centered teaching. In the health care professions there is patient-centered medicine. These developments are part of a bigger movement where more knowledge and information is more easily available and more accessible than ever before. There are more self-help groups and consumer movements. There is a greater awareness of environmental issues. There are more alternative medical practitioners and professions. Patients are voting with their feet and are claiming the type of health care they want.

What does it mean to offer a collaborative homeopathic relationship in this brave new world of patient-centered health care?

Miranda Castro will examine this intriguing topic and offer solutions to some of the strange and peculiar but not so rare situations that can arise with better informed patients who want a more (or less) active role in their treatment than we had expected.

The Homeopathic event of the year is almost here!

Hi Everyone

The time for the 14TH Irish Conference is looming very fast, so I thought that it was time to send you all an update on what we are planning for you all.

The proposed timetable for the conference is now on the website. So you can check it out there. This may be subject to change, if there are delays in flights, but we hope it will be as it stands.

For those of you who have booked already, your letter and receipt are in the post to you. For those of you who have not booked yet, we hope that enclosed schedule will entice you to come and join us for the weekend. This year we have a lecture rate, and a daily rate. For individual lectures, the cost is �40. The cost for a single day is �120 for Homeopaths and �100 for students. These prices are for lectures only. If you want to join us for meals, they are extra, lunch is �25 and dinner is �35 per head.
We also have a terrific line up of stands for you to browse at during the conference. If any of you want to stay during the conference and have not booked already, you can do that directly with the Corrib Village, which is the accommodation on campus where most of the delegates stay. It runs on the hour leaving the village and on the half hour from the bus station.

A Spring Surprise from the Irish Homeopathy Conference!

Hi All,

Since it is such a beautiful spring day here in Galway, Ireland, we the conference committee thought that we would extend the ray of sunshine to you all by extending our Early Bird Discount until the 8th April.

So for all you students and homeopaths who wish to avail of the �50 early bird discount off your conference package, you now have until the 8th April to do so.

This is also a gentle reminder that the time is getting nearer and to book your place early and not be disappointed.

Also to remind you that the early bird option for Jayesh Shah's three day seminar is the 1st May 2007. Jayesh's seminar follows the Irish Conference on Monday June 25th, Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th June 2007.
